Staying at Courtyard By Marriott Richmond Downtown felt like a warm welcome home - the friendly staff, especially Cliff, went above and beyond with their exceptional service, even lending me an umbrella on a rainy day. the location was perfect, allowing easy access to main attractions within a short walk, and the room offered comfort and hot water, essential for a relaxing stay. Valet parking was a convenient option, with courteous and efficient staff making the experience seamless. the complimentary breakfast at the Bistro was a delightful surprise, complemented by a beautiful dining room and spacious, cozy rooms with a very comfortable bed. Overall, a wonderful stay filled with thoughtful gestures and convenient amenities, making it a memorable experience.
